With loan amounts starting just $1 above the conforming limit and going up to $5 million, these loans are perfect for buyers with more significant financing needs. Borrowers can enjoy flexible terms, including up to 89.99% LTV for eligible loans, allowing for lower down payments.
We cater to both purchase and refinance scenarios, including rate/term refinances up to $5 million and cash-out refinances up to $3 million. Additionally, we provide temporary rate buy-downs to help borrowers achieve affordability during the early years of their loan.
For loan amounts over $2 million, six months of reserves are required, and appraisals from two separate appraisers ensure the value of the property is accurately assessed. Our jumbo loans also include borrower protection since these loans are serviced exclusively by UWM.
